Well, its a start
Last night, after spending a day at a desk, my legs needed something to do, so I got the bike out...
"ooh, can you go to the garage and get me some jelly babies" said the wife.
So I did.. then I carried on.. Probably only 4/5 miles in total , but hey, its a start.. it was only towards the end, on a main road, in the dark that I realised ...
No lights...
No helmet....
If I had driven passed my self, I probably would have muttered something about me.
well, like I said.. its a start.

Wifes appointment with Consultant
Today..
Got up, had an appointment with the consultant in Worthing Hospital.
Wife is officially 8 weeks 5 days pregnant.. (is it possible to be unnofficially pregant)
Hot tub has reached a decent temperature after I filled it up yesterday so Ellie (the 2 year old) and I took a dip whilst the wife had some work to do.
I have earache and a sore throat, so will probably get an early night tonight.
Anyway, why am i writing this blog..
A) Because everyone else is doing it.
B) Because after reading tummymustgos blog I decided its probably time to try and get a bit fitter..
C) Because I want to keep a record of my CCNP and CCIE progress.
This could be the place to keep that record.. or it could just turn into that diary every boy gets at christmas from his gran that has "December 25th - Got this diary" in it.. and maybe "My Birthday" marked in it.
We shall see.
